Once you choose the pattern(s) you want to use:

1. Print out the patterns on iron-on paper (you will need to purchase this). I like the heavy duty paper for black fabric. It irons on easily and you can usually print normally not having to worry about weird mirror printer functions.
2. Iron the large emblem on a t-shirt. I prefer white so the black cape stands out.
3. Iron the two medium emblems on wrist bands. Cut up socks double nicely as wrist bands.
4. Iron the small emblem on a headband. I buy the cheap fabric headbands used for face washing.

Add a few accessories and you’re ready to go!

Don’t want to iron anything? Need a costume in 24 hours or less? Print a pattern on 8×10 sticky label paper, cut it out, stick on t-shirt, DONE!
